"I've used Brandywine Body Shop for at least 5 repairs, a few insurance related and a couple where I paid out of pocket. I had great experience for each situation. Each time, I got the car back and it was like it never happened. If your paying out of pocket, they are the best value around. I saw a couple of the "Karen" reviews... I am sure there is a lot more to those stories. Don't hesitate to use them.
I used Caliber Collision ONE TIME. When I got my car back from Caliber, the paint job was full of "Orange Peel" and they ended up having to sand and repaint all the work they just did!

For me, this meant they: (a) got me in the same day I called (Friday afternoon!) for an initial inspection + review the insurance estimate, (b) explained clearly what else could happen (potential unseen damages once they took things apart), and how long repairs could take or not, (c) got me on the next available opening (Monday morning a week out), (d) completed the work in the time exactly as Mike explained, i.e., I got my car back Friday the same week (dropped off on Monday morning), and (e) they handled all the work with the insurance firm!"

"Brandywine Body Shop rocks! Recently, my car was involved in an accident while I was inside JCPenney's shopping. The front passenger side door was bashed in and the whole door needed to be replaced. I read some of the other reviews before I chose Brandywine Body Shop, and eventually I chose it because it was so close to home I could walk if I had to. I'm really glad I did. My car is older so it can take a while to locate the parts. The customer service guys are kind, honest, have a sense of humor and didn't try to offer anything they couldn't deliver. I like that. They finished the job in a little less than the time they thought they would need. The work was FLAWLESS. AND they cleaned my car inside and out. Including the trunk. Goodness! I wasn't even sure it was my car. They even left a little bottle of paint that I could use for dings and scratches later on. I was able to leave the rental right there in the parking lot for the company to pick up. I would not hesitate to use or refer this shop to anyone. "My wife was rear ended by another driver on Rt. 1 by the mall who was more interested in what was going on on her facebook page than driving her car. We've had experiences with other area body shops that were okay, but each time there were issues that required multiple trips back to the shops to take care of things that should have been done right the first time. So this time I did some checking on auto body shops, paying attention to reviews that were posted to give me an idea on who to take the car to. I settled on Brandywine Auto Body after reading pretty good reviews on the internet. I took the car there (still feeling a bit uneasy). I spoke to Brent, the owner, about my car and the repairs needed. Brent was very easy to talk with. He had no problems with any of the questions I asked and helped to put me at ease. I went ahead and scheduled the repair. Dropped the car off. They actually let me visit the shop to check on the progress of the repairs, which I did a few times. They were very helpful and showed me exactly what they were doing and explaining why they were doing it. My aim on taking the car to a shop was getting it back to pre-accident condition, since it was less than a year old with only about 10K miles on it. Brent explained to me that was their goal also, and when I visited there they showed me what they were doing to get it to pre-accident condition. After a couple of weeks they were done with the car, and when I picked it up I was extremely happy with the repairs. I'm very picky, and I couldn't tell where the car had been hit. It's been a couple of months now since the repair and no issues. I'm so happy that I'm going to take a used car that I recently purchased there to have Brent do some touch up work. Thanks to Brent and the guys at his shop."
